Changed
- Renamed the custom crafting table to "Engineering Workbench".
- Added Engineering Workbench recipe to the /es book.
- Items are now language-independent. Changing the server language no longer breaks wireless terminals, wall terminals, or stored items.
- Item type, link state, rack server coordinates, and IO/sort settings are now read from NBT/PDC instead of translatable lore text.
- Switching language no longer recreates IO items with defaults (which previously wiped owner/lock/IO settings).
- Lore is now purely cosmetic; old items still work via a legacy fallback.
