1./elytrarace hoops toggle <race-name> (enable/disable hoops)
2. Add hoops in order
/elytrarace hoops add <race-name> (for hoop 1)
/elytrarace hoops add <race-name> (for hoop 2)
/elytrarace hoops add <race-name> (for hoop 3)
You can add hoops as much as you want!
3./elytrarace hoops setradius <race-name> 3 (Adjust radius optional)
4./elytrarace hoops list <race-name> (check hoops list for a race)
