Performance
- SQLite WAL mode + batched writes, way less main thread lag
- Default veins 25 to 15
- Per-player flag cooldown (3s default, configurable)
- Entity traps spawn 6+ blocks away now
- Removed ancient debris from overworld ores
- Chest traps actually restore blocks now instead of leaving holes
- /decoy reload properly applies all config changes
- Threading fix in mining tracker
