Changelog:

- Added new Command GUI to execute commands per tick of the view. There are 20 ticks per second plus an additional 35 ticks at the end of the view, only for smooth movement. Also added the functionality to setup global commands and player commands. Global commands will only be executed when the command '/cv admin show <all/group>' is used and will only be executed once. Player commands will be executed like the previous command functionality. The Command GUI is accessible through the View GUI.

Command Usage:

/cv view global-command <viewname> <tick> <none/command>

/cv view player-command <viewname> <tick> <none/command>

- Fixed and Improved toggle location functionality. This will get another improvement later as well for large distances between locations.
- Fixed smooth movement not starting at the correct location
- Fixed issue when join-view didnt exists
- Fixed error with Paper servers and NPCs with Minecraft Versions 1.21.10 and later. NPCs still dont work however it shouldnt cause the plugin to break. A fix is in development.
