This update standardizes the MySQL configuration of my plugins to use the same option names everywhere; plus, the port of the database can now be configured.

Previous configuration files will still work as-is.

With this update, a new database field named last_start is added. This records the moment that a server was started last, helping you keep track of how long it has been running.

Existing tables will be automatically updated.
