NightVision Skript -----
Nightvision is a simple command where you can use it for donators to give them night vision.
This script is very simple to use and very understandable. All it does it gives player the effect NightVision when they run the command /nightvision | nv on/off
When players just use
they will be prompted with a simple help message stating what they need to do to see more command.

When player use that command they will be prompted with all the command they can use.

The other commands for on/off <player> they must have permission to see anything under that. but if they just have regular permission all they will be prompted is with the regular on/off command nothing else.
