This version fixes the jar.

Selecting target container now works and times out after 30 seconds.
Selecting target container for REassignment now works and times out after 30 Seconds.
Target container now must be within the scan radius of the magent. NEW magnets default to config.yml setting for default scan radius and target chest assignment max distances.

I apologize for the inconveniunce this may have caused.

You now have 30 seconds to chose a new target chest when clicking assign now target chest to select a new target chest or action is cancelled.

Changed:
Target chest can now be anywhere as long as it is within the scan radius of the magnet.

Corrected issue where version checker was reporting update available if version on server was higher than downloadable version.

Note: This error would not have effected anyone except our testers but we strive for perfection.
