The `/hoarder admin reload` command now works from console.
toggle off with `metrics: false` in config.yml
add permissions to plugin.yml, so operators get "hoarder.admin", and normal players get "hoarder.gui", so no permissions plugin is technically necessary (although obviously advised)
- Default config changed (now defaults to 24hr event time)
- Inform players of how much money was awarded to them when they feed items to the hoarder
