• Base Colors Refinement: Corrected documentation of maximum colors down to 16 standard colors.
• Dyeing Interaction: Rewrote dyeing instructions to describe dropping dye directly onto the dye slot inside the GUI interface.
• Water Bucket Cleaning: Documented how players can clear a dyed backpack by dropping a Water Bucket onto the dye button.

• Added Upgrade Base: Added the fundamental Upgrade Base component to lists and recipes.
• Stack Upgrades Integration: Fully documented the linear stack tier upgrade path (Copper → Iron → Gold → Diamond → Netherite) with respective storage limits (96, 128, 256, 512, 1024).
• Utility & Automation Categories: Structured upgrades into Utility, Automation, Cooking, and Storage classes for a clearer feature outline.

Crafting & Ingredients Sync (upgrades.yml Alignment)

• Upgrade Base Requirements: Updated standard utility upgrades (Crafting Station, Pickup, Feeding, Refill, Compacting, Anvil, Jukebox, Smithing Table, Smelting, Blasting, Smoker) to require an Upgrade Base in the center grid block.
• Magnet Recipe Fix: Changed the central ingredient from Diamond to Pickup Upgrade to accurately reflect its dependency implementation.
