A plugin that allows you to create and customize mannequins with player skins.- Updated the plugin to be compatible with PaperMC 26.1.2
- Added a new permission "mannequintools.admin" that allows players with the permission to edit/remove other player's mannequins.
- Added remove button to the top right of the GUI to remove the mannequin you're editing
- Fixed a bug with invulnerability when first creating the mannequin
- Hid the command button if the player does not have the "mannequintools.use.commands" permission
- Added a configurable cooldown to how often a player can use a command on a mannequin, default 5 seconds.
- Added a cooldown bypass permission the above cooldown "mannequintools.bypass.cooldown"
Locked the command button on the mannequin GUI behind "mannequintools.use.commands", players must have this permission now to be able to set commands on mannequins.

- Increase or decrease the scale of your mannequin by 0.25 using the new buttons found in the GUI, with a minimum of 0.25 to a maximum of 2.0 scale.
- Added a GUI button to add a command to a mannequin
- Commands can use {player} to target the player that is right/left clicking the mannequin
- Commands cannot include the preceding "/".
- Command Example: "give {player} diamond 1" would give the player that clicked the mannequin 1 diamond.
