fix: prevent double gift by resetting timer on case open

- Reset timer immediately on AnimationEndEvent (primary path)
- Reset timer on OpenCaseEvent as fallback for no-animation opens
- Fix EventBus leak: unregister OpenCaseListener on unload
- Fix zip file closed: stop listening DonateCaseReloadEvent after unload

- Fixed a race condition that could cause the daily case to be given twice
- Notification status is now cached to avoid database calls every tick
- Code cleanup and refactoring of the bootstrap structure
