Combines Draw My Thing and Guess The Build - guess the word drawn or built by others!

Changes:
- added 'artist-flight: true/false' option to the config, to enable allow flight for artists
- added 'drawing-distance: 50' option to the config, to allow changing the distance from which the users can draw
- PlaceholderAPI placeholders are now parsed in all chat messages
