ResourceWorldResetter automates resource-world resets with a phase-aware pipeline, unified `/rwr` commands, and operator tools for safe, repeatable maintenance.

This release fixes world-folder resolution for newer Paper servers (see RELEASE_NOTES for details).

⚠️ BREAKING CHANGE (v4): Old commands (`/rwrgui`, `/resetworld`, etc.) were consolidated under `/rwr`. See MIGRATION.md.
