  • Once again, try fix "Too Expensive" still sometimes appearing on some servers, via directly spoofing the xp & abilities right after the event, in case a desync happens

Added major changes, that now allow enchantments to bypass level 39.
Packet Events is now a dependency.

Fix for 1.20+
Introduced a new system that fixes "Too expensive" still appearing on modern sever versions. However, the maximum level for adding enchanted books is 39 levels.
If anyone would like me to try and change that, make sure to let me know ;]
