Quicksetup — Interactive XP Mode Generator
Added /pu quicksetup, an interactive chat wizard for first-time XP mode setup.

• Walks admins through level count, progression speed, Nether/End access, armor/sword timing, and potion unlocks
• Regenerates xpmode.yml with version-aware item distribution using ProgressiveUnlock material groups
• Sets XP requirements, XP rewards, potion unlocks, entity actions, and portal rules in config.yml
• Excludes admin/technical items (spawn eggs, barrier, bedrock, debug stick, command blocks, void blocks)
• Cancel anytime with CANCEL in chat or /pu quicksetup cancel
• Feedback via /pu rate quicksetup 1-10
